hetsnap uses a single all-in plan with no feature restrictions or per-server pricing.

Snapshot storage is billed directly by Hetzner — it does not appear on your hetsnap invoice.
Free trial
Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to sign up. At the end of the trial you'll be prompted to enter payment details to continue.
Managing your subscription
To view your current plan, update payment details, or switch between monthly and yearly billing:
- In the hetsnap dashboard, click Billing in the sidebar.
- From there you can update your card, view past invoices, or change your billing cycle.
Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Your scheduled backups will keep running during that time.
After cancellation, your data remains in your Hetzner project — hetsnap does not delete any snapshots on your behalf when you cancel.
